Return Policy

The Slabbino Shop is a small store where products are made on purchase. As no stock is held, there are no exchanges on undamaged items, including for a different size for clothing. Please take care to view the Size Guide on each product page for measurements. If you have any questions or concerns about products before purchasing, please email slab@slabbino.com or use the Contact Form.

If you’ve received a damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective product, please take the following steps for a replacement at no cost to you:

  • email slab@slabbino.com within 30 days of the product being received
  • include your order number and a photo of the damage
  • keep your product until further instruction

If there appears to be mailing issues, please take the following steps:

  • email slab@slabbino.com within 30 days of the product being ordered
  • include your order number
  • please contact the shipping carrier as well

Products that are lost may be replaced and reshipped at no cost to you. Unfortunately not all mailing issues can be resolved with no-cost reshipping. Please take care to enter mailing address accurately at checkout. Email slab@slabbino.com with any questions or issues with your order, or feel free to use the Contact Form for more general inquiries.

Shipping

Items may be shipped separately to preserve shape and for added durability.

Please allow 2-5 business days for product to be fulfilled prior to shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on location. Please note estimated delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee.

If an ordered product has not be received, please email slab@slabbino.com within 30 days of initial estimated delivery date.
